Here is videos of explaining his skills and then later his bond skills + buff. In short, in comparison to jonin minato or hokage minato, his mystery damage is much weaker. However, with the recent buff update, he might be better (someone needs to to do a comparison video).

Spike just mentioned Kakashi Susanoo. He is bad too?
If you checked the videos I mentioned previously, the youtuber does a quite good job in reviewing content. Here is some videos on kakashi susanoo. Just like what Spike said, his mystery damage is lacking and the second video shows you this by comparing sasuke susanoo and madara.
