well the thing is im mostly done with my medium refines so I would have to save and by a good 20k worth of advance runes

Here are some places, but if you're f2p or low casher, refine rebate is your best option.
Max Konoha Tree, roughly 20k spending.
- 1 Ninja, keys and charms. Maybe other ninja frags, coins are varies.
Platinum Recharge, (sometimes), recently replaced with Gold Essence, which is much better anyway.
Total Spending or recharge (sometimes)

only ingot things I get are card packs for the coupons

so break pills are refine rebates.

6k for max myoboku wheel

20k for max konoha tree.

other then that ingot events
