let me guess your server is merge server?cause if yes and u r not top 50 in ranked battle i believe, u can only do either 1 ss convoy or 1 ss plunder and considering the amount of people in that plundering screen yeahhhhh i think u merge

Hello, as Bardock was pointing out, a merged server has specific requirements for a second free SS convoy or plunder. What is your merged server ranked battle ranking at?
