Hi! At the moment, there are two main factors that contribute to whether you go to X-GNW or Normal GNW. Getting first place in the finals for your server and having the Top 8 higher power. There are different ways you can go about avoiding X-GNW, however, once you qualify, the system will bring you to X-GNW rather than Normal GNW.

There is at the moment no plans to change this, however, you can definitely forward your suggestion to the Suggestion Team found here.
