u can get free refines from swb, so use those to try and get the lvl, and buy whats left, im at 800/1000 too and thats my plan atm
people are impatient/stup1d that's why they get the lvl 9 refine and go for the 10 separately, the cost of the 200 refines wish credit gives u even at 40% off is 4560, almost $100 in free refines that are lost by not waiting.

Sometimes it's not about impatient. Obtaining adv refine is pretty difficult in general.
Especially to those f2p, unless you're constantly top 5 sage every event.
Just to get max 500 rebate is already going to take months and months and that would discourage many players.
That's why many players would rather just get max rebate instead of 1000+
i would say you described impatience rather well there.
if they aren't willing to save cause they feel like it will take too long then they are by definition impatient, if they wait they will get more for their resources, you can save 250 adv refines by doing this if you do all of your advanced refines at once, the rebates would give 150 if you just do 3 of them 1 by one, while the wish credit saves you 350 and you get 1 rebate as well for 400 total value, and if you do it even smarter you can spend small amounts to get a few more from rebates while saving for the big push(spend 10 a month on the rebate and get 1 refine and 2 cave keys every month, and its unlikely you will lvl anytime soon).
250*38=9,500, if those were 40% off then its 5,700 coupons saved per lvl 10 refine

Yeah i get the maths and all u said,
But u still dont get what I said though.
F2P can't afford to have those many adv refines in a few months.
U basically op-out at least 5 months or more to get over 1000 adv refines.
Hold exp for sage? < This is not even an option anymore, when many players are doing the same.
Lvl 80 with 170k is getting typical these days.
if they need to wait 5 months then they should be patient for 5 months, i understood what u said and all ur sayng is people dont want to be patient. and as i keep saying they need to be patient or they are costing themselves more resources in the long run, this isnt the type of game where people are meant to gain everything quickly, its the type of game where people need to think of where they will be in a years time.

Yes you right that you will save more adv refines when you hoard untill you get at least 1300 adv refines for a lvl10, but for you to farm those refines you need to constantly update your power every event to maintain your position in swb or else you wont be able to compete on that mode which is the adv refine mining event. Every Swb I always manage to get 18 adv refines=684 coupons a total of 54 adv refines per week from SWB which is equivalent to 2052 coupons shop price. You will be getting 35 adv refines,20 cave keys, 1 breakthrough pill every 500 adv refines used on rebates, while you are getting these freebies you also get to maintain your place on the sage world which gives you the opportunity to farm refines. While hoarding to rush a lvl7 refine to lvl10 is also a great strategy to save resources but during those long dry stagnant months while your power is not moving up your competitors on Swb are getting ahead of you, maybe you wont be able to hold a rank 1, or even stay on top 3 every swb and on top of that you will be missing out the freebies from the rebates. This is just my strategy and I choose this because it works best on me and I believe the time will come where breakthrough pills will make you win the initiative war because people will eventually max thier refine lvls and the only one who had more breakthrough pills will be the fastest.
54 adv refines per week means 9 weeks of saving to get the 500 for the rebate, and thats only getting you 1 lvl of refines, so between 200 to 800 power, and you will likely need to wait 3 rebates to get them all anyway, 9x3=27 weeks your way, my way you get 54 a week save 1300 which takes 24 weeks and you jump up about 1400 power, so you save 3 weeks of farming per piece of gear, which means your 9th piece of lvl 10 gear would be farmed instead of your 8th if you use my way vs yours.
27 weeks is half a year, even using a rebate every other month its not a huge boost in power and the loss in the long run means someone else who save the smart way will eventualy beat you out of power, because they are gaining it faster since they spend less resources. those breakthrough pills only give 15 power max, any "extra" refines you get from rebates is lost because wish credits are given in larger amounts, 200 wish credits for lvl 9 to 10 that 1 level invalidates your entire 3 rebates, hell its 100 for lvl 8 to 9 and another 50 for 7 to 8 so 10x more wish credits than a rebate gives in refines
in addition it's not like you cant spend adv refines at all my way, just do 10/50 per month(10 is best value because of keys) to claim the rebate rewards without leveling(that will help you farm the 1300 faster). if 200 power will make or break your ability to win, then imagine what 1400 power will do for you later. the last refine level is the one that really matters, it gives 230 extra of each stat so it by itself is almost as good as the first 7 levels(250 total for lvl 7, 230 just for going from 9 to 10).
if your working on adv refines your past the point in which you can claim you have to have that 200 power asap or you lose, there are so many power features now that refines are not even in the top 3 anymore.
