1＃ Go ToFirst of all why bother bringing us the bond system in the first place if, you don't put materials for it in events, to be there as a do nothing thing?
Keep waiting and waiting and waiting and nothing , put them bells and materials in events already....how do you want people to use that system if you guys are so..............!! Cmn Oasis what are you doing?

we have had to wait more than 2 months for lots of things that germany got, they have had lvl 220 ninja exams for about 4 months now and we are still at 200(they went from 180-220 at once), they had % tactics well over a year ago, they have different skill books than we do and hit's not looking like we will sync up on those at all, plus other things that i don't remember off the top of my head.
we also got some things b4 germany got it, ninja bonds in the home interface, we got konan first while they got hiruzen, we also have swimsuit temari and they don't. so its not a perfect 1 to 1 comparison, just a general rule of thumb
Yea , we got different order of things , but we got 2.0, 3.0, 4.0 after then , not in 1 big update but in smaller updates, still OASIS GIVE US GREEN BELLS!!! xD

actually, providing blue and purple bells lets players collect and anticipate the time when they can actually use these bells. it keeps players them interested in the system while dangling the very thing they need just out of reach of players.
if they just provided green bells, players will use these bells for power, and then promptly pay no more attention to their stagnating system. Allowing players to hoard blue and purple bells means the bells will sit in their inventory, and the players will be reminded more often about the potential that this system has to offer. players' anticipation of finally using the new system will grow, and they will be more reckless when buying green bells in the future.
stop saying things don't make sense. learn to look at it from a different perspective :*
If you say so why would they bother bringing us updates when they could just sell us advanced materials, and leave the common out of the window, just to remind you that in the future you can, use this system that should have been implemented 1 month ago...like here is your meal, here is your food, now wait for the spon 2-3 days , until then look at the food, you fool xD

they don't leave the common stuff lying around because people will actually buy it lol. did you read anything i said XD
+ the feature hasn't been around for 1 month it's been around for 2 weeks.
but yes that's what they're doing. dangling things in front of you so that you want to reach it, but never will. unless you spend ingots! which, btw, is their method of doing business.
This is my third week where i try to buy some green bells and no success, none come out for cupons. there were few for ingots and top-up.But 5.0 shop will fix all this issues , since there we can find all materials for all functions, no more waiting for oasis to release materials once a month , atm bond system is quite irelevant update, without green bells we can't do anything, we can't use bond skills we, can't lvl up bond cards for power, what is the meaning of the update after all, just to be there and sitting in the dust?
