I haven't seen any so far. From another post somewhere on forum it seems I have more luck than the many people that were complaining on that post. And no I have no pay to play privileges.

It's complete rng in one run I got 30 kidomaru and tayuya frags, I've even gotten 30 sai frags so just pray you got the rng god on your side ;P.
