Is 3rd raikage good/worth getting and is the team shisui,jinpachi, 3rd raikage, fire main any good? I was thinking fire enhance and oboro clone with the fire circle standard and shield mystery.

Shields and extra attack.

It's pretty obvious to figure out what an Ay3 team is gonna do. If your opponent has an immobilize (Masked Man) or can deny the ultimate, you lose. He is most commonly played with A4th pure burst duo.

If you can get him cheaply get him. But I would not go for 210 draws in lightning treasure to aquire him tbh.

Ay 3rd is worth to get right now if you do not own hokage minato and you need a good filler for 4th slot for konan angel of god + kisame samehada lineup.
