the mutating skills willl be the same as they are right now for normal sasuke and tsunade sanin so u wil use experimental vials

Just to let you know, you can only mutate his skills if Oasis adds him to Skill Trial. :L

Well, lets make your problem simple .. If you're not using Sage Naruto on your daily gaming or in your main team for battling then keep your frags for now and wait for the things that might come one day .. But if Sage Naruto is your Main Ninja as of this moment then you may consider using his frags to make him 4 stars .. But the fact that he has skillbreaks or skill trial will make you to think twice .. So weigh what's heavier for you now this days, have a good Sage Naruto today or have a Skill upgraded Sage Naruto in the future ..
