can someone do something about this guy

he's always threatening to * others and my 16 year old daughter was playing in sage about 4 or 5 weeks ago cuz she wanted to try it out and she fought this guy and he was threatening to * her too. i was sitting here watching when he did and notice he called her a "snitch" and not a liar cuz he knew he was busted
