I would never spend on seal scrolls unless ur rich as *!! Depending on how much gold you have get full vll2 magatams till all are full or lvl 4 if you can. Lucky wheel on hot topic for 10 gold is also very good worst case you get 20 coupons which means you doubled your amount.

Well magatama and some upcoming events are best to spend gold. Seal Scroll is really waste

So best way is to Spend on Magatama , You won't lose anything.

You generally can't go wrong with Magatama since even if you get a bit wasteful, you can build up to higher level versions later using the lower ones.
