To get that extra attack, she would need that "Uchiha" tiny icon, along with Konoha and such~~

  • Yes she is lol; as she is oficially married to Sasuke, she is part of the Uchiha Clan, that's how Konoha works

But all her versions that we have for now in game are not yet married to Sasuke- therefore she's still Haruno.

Maybe if we get her Boruto version in future~~ then yeah, it will make sense.
