Where did you hear this? If they actually increase the drop rate, then all is good. But I honestly don't see it, since today I only got ONE fragment (minato). I didn't see my server's players get twice as many fragments either.

Edit: used another character to test great plates. So 20 more keys and this time not a single fragment or seal scrolls. Just lots of coins.

i got i bug in wishing lantern instead of releasing it at 9.00 game time i must release it at 18.00 game time and i lose the reward this problem was from the last time was here and i told customer server and they did not do any thing now i am losing all the rewards

So the solution for unmerged servers of not having kid kakashi for bonds is to try to bait us? Such an oasis thing to do

It based on your computer time, not your server time.

True it's based on your computer time to start, but the event itself will give the reward in server time so it still is a problem.

Great plates get nerfed so bad. The amount of items got reduced, and the drop rates also got reduced. Way to go oasis, way to go
