Grow up child, you should know the game by now after playing it for months .. The main reason for spending in Lucky Stars Wheel is to get Stars for Redeeming something from its redeem shop .. The partial Ninja Fragments and Full Set Ninja Fragments are just a bonus rewards that you can get by some luck .. If you only plan on getting those luck-ba
sed ninja from the wheel itself then better to save and buy them whenever wherever they appear as a redeemable .. It is not because you spent 20k or hundreds of thousand and you must get what you want, because you're not special in any case .. The game is better without the kinds of people like you ..

becuz im not the only one that got 70+ frags of him. You guys definitely takes whatever your employer gives you. The rest people still don't know what is happening they will know it soon......like maybe few years when they remember oh I have 70 frags of harashima in my bag lol

This not school kiddo. They don't have % of draw some certain point. wut moderator always said "each draw had chance to get it".
I got Rng ninjas sometimes and all below 1k. Never spend more on Rng event
If it formula all will get the same chance but why all differ? Since it don't have the * fomula
