Its best to use her with a wind main or a water main, wind main because of natural draining and water main for better heals. ICEx did a guide on some lineups (show-post-31843-1.html) <--type in after the /page/ in the forums url.

She's honestly only really good in GNW at the moment. She still has her uses in PvP, but there are more versatile healers. I'd suggest using lineups that have konoha ninjas that have more than one passive or passives that grant chakra (hence why Windmain is good with her).
