Armor Rebates

(!)Event Description: get rewards by upgrading your armor to the required level during the event.

This is on your screenshot, so I assume that you didn't upgrade it during a rebate, but earlier and that's why is no reward.

You only get the rewards if you level during the event. Start developing a habit of only leveling during the event so you don't miss out. Event happens every 4-5 weeks so you can do it.

The 2nd page results are for hitting the level at any time. The first reward is hitting the level during the event. You shouldn't ever use threads on BA unless it's during an event and you should collect the reward right away.
