OASIS should have made it clear! Be more detailed and specific, what you need to do, steps by steps in order to unlock the bond/joint skills. So I thought I had unlocked the joint skills but the fact I didn't. Then I found out that my "Enhancement" must be at a certain level the only then the joint skills will work.
