Jiburu, I don't want to offend you or anything. But if something is free, that means you get is without spending anything. Right now, naruto online is 2 years old and you gave us 72(if I count it right) of jiraya fragments. Meaning that players have to spend the event points on him to get him which is not free. Of course you can get the mission boxes for free at least 1050 but those who don't have a friend or *t account will get only 350 points which is enough for only 5 fragments. Meaning they still won't own the ninja and they haven't even gotten anything from the mission shop, because they are forced to spend on that to get the 'anniversary free ninja'.
Please think about this one and either give us the jiraya fragments or don't. The inbetveen it just an awful choice. -

Did you pay for the boxes? No? Then it's technically free. Yeah it scks that you have to spend your points on that to get him, but that doesn't mean you are spending any of your own money (real or in-game) to get him. Would it be better if you didn't have to do that? Yes. But it doesn't really change the fact that you aren't spending anything to get him. Just like getting his frags for beating 15 arenas matches. You do something easy to earn them without spending. Nice try on being pedantic though.
if I wouldn't have a friend to send me missions or anyone, then yes I'd have to pay for it to get that ninja. Please read what I said again.
