If you really want ninja.
Get Angel, around 16-17k should be enough, then get cloth from mission event to make it 20k.
- You would get tons of Seal Scrolls and Summon Scrolls from Lucky Stars.
- Chance of Masked Man and lots of Hashirama frags
- Mission Boxes, many goodies drop
- Chance of Tobirama and Sarutobi (funny enough I got Tobirama 2nd one with 200 boxes)
- Fukuromaru Deals
- 20k spent, Edo Roshi, many seal scrolls, charm boxes, and chimes for bonds.
Save your 7k for your Shisui, for next event. that should take you half way.
tbh get him thru lucky board is safer but it's up to you.

16-17K are not enough at all. The very minimu is 18500 and if you are unlucky it may cost you even 21000.
I got mine at 17k, therefore that is enough.
It's the same points as previous lucky stars also, thus I got both Kisame and Angel at 17k.
My friend also got her less than 18k on Saturday.

or use konan with fire main so he needs to burn reflect then your main can shield to cleanse the accu after that, so he would need 3 cc r1 to stop your konan.
if you have giant katsuya mystery fully leveled then you c*e earth main with konan as well and have the earth main myst r1 using katsuya to cleanse konan(or if u have a chakra generator you c*e then use the EM double attack myst to cleanse)
shark kisame with konan lets u silence r1 with your m2 then konan r2
I switched from Wind to Fire for war. PVP I used Wind lol.
I used nin urge instead of mirror, better for war. XD
Less dmg but my friends and I could stand up to 3 waves with us alone.
