No this is a terrible idea. What about people already at level 100, way over 100K BP? Do they just lose all their BP? Good way to make all those people quit the game.
You think you have it bad now, wait until you hit the level 100 bracket, you have a guys with 90K - 110K BP that leveled too fast, facing guys with 190K - 200K+ BP.

sed solely on power, and not by level. It shouldn't matter if you are level 70 with 100K BP or level 100 with 100K BP.

sed only on power, the number of people per field should be reduced to 36, should be added a promotion/demotion feature too so that if you are the strongest guy on a lower field and you are 1st more than twice in a row then you get promoted to the higher field and the weakest of the higher field takes your place in the lower field, and in the top field the rage boost should be also to initiative critical and injury so that there is no sure first.
