As a f2p, you only had the ramen event, summer holidays (where they gave kakashi make-out paradise - meme ninja), and a seal scroll rebate to do. If a week is worse than what is offered during the event cycle, then it is bad. This week is not like last years.

No, we won't be sending anymore Sannin Era Jiraiya fragments via mail. But, you can get him completely for free. You can claim rest of the missing fragments (8 fragments) from Mission Mobilization event with your free points you get every single day. You don't have to spend a single coupon or ingots in order to receive Sannin Era Jiraiya.

the rest of the fragments for a free 2nd GNW Jiraiya/Sannin Era Jiraiya are some of the rewards for winning in Arena mode 15 times to get all of them. and like all prior arena training events of the shinobi feast event you don't need consecutive wins to get all of the rewards. as for me I just got 15 arena wins so I've got them. and finally I've already extracted the email reward fragments and all that's left is to continue signing-in until Wednesday and if that doesn't cut it I'll get a few frags from the Mission Mobilization event.

Some people don't see it like that. Many assume free is just pretty show up for the events and not using any redeemable points. Seems like Oasis's stance on "free" is not this and considers redeemable points earned freely is free.

Well his exact words when someone asked if the surprise was a free ninja was "maybe". He didn't really fool anyone because of that definite answer for giving the entire frags for just showing up for the events, which is why people had their own definitions and got confused. Either way people can get jiraya this week without spending any coupons/ingots. I really hope people learn that our server won't be like China with them giving away the entire frags of ninjas.
