For those wondering, you should be able to piece kid kakashi via the scroll system once we get sun and moon coin update. Since the majority of players aren't able to max out the bonds via spending on bells by using their coupons/ingots for the bond skills, you should ask for the item shop update which should include the bells.

this anniversary event could be more special if oasis give events with super big discount like black friday. And also give free ninja (not just free fragments just like tendo case) or cloth. This anniversary is one time in a year, why oasis still dont giving all their effort to make players happy
this event could be more and more better. out of 10 value, i will give 6.5 to oasis staffs work
In case, you weren't present for the 1st anniversary, it was way worse than the 2nd. As a f2p, you only had the ramen event, summer holidays (where they gave kakashi make-out paradise - meme ninja), and a seal scroll rebate to do. If a week is worse than what is offered during the event cycle, then it is bad. This week is not like last years.

Some people don't see it like that. Many assume free is just pretty show up for the events and not using any redeemable points. Seems like Oasis's stance on "free" is not this and considers redeemable points earned freely is free.

well... i'm not against that because you know when someone say a " FREE NINJA " that mean he will get a full free ninja not some free " FRAGMENT " i think Daiske-san he most say it's a " FREE FRAGMENT " not a " FREE NINJA "
Well his exact words when someone asked if the surprise was a free ninja was "maybe". He didn't really fool anyone because of that definite answer for giving the entire frags for just showing up for the events, which is why people had their own definitions and got confused. Either way people can get jiraya this week without spending any coupons/ingots. I really hope people learn that our server won't be like China with them giving away the entire frags of ninjas.
