  • You do not have to spend anything (as in coupons or ingots) to get free Sannin Era Jiraiya. You get 55 fragments from Summer event, 10 from Shinobi feast and rest of the missing fragments can be redeemed from Mission Mobilization event. You get several free missions boxes every days if you trade missions with your friends.

Things are free when are free, so if there is a specific event that gives you that and only that with no other options, not when you have to use a currency you are compelled to not use for other things to get it.
