I want to say that the ninja isn't free because in hindsight you're giving up points from the mission mobilization event you could have used on other prizes. It's still costing you when all is said and done. I appreciate the frags sent through the mail, I do but all in all the approach was flawed from the get go. It's one of those glass half empty, half full situations. That could change, however, given we aren't aware of what the daily sign in rewards from the anniversary site will bring us. We're not operating with all of the information in front of us which could well even out when all is said and done. I would suggest even if others aren't happy sans me, try to be patient. At least when we're aware of what's given entirely then we'll have room to make a definite conclusion as to how we feel about the anniversary as a whole.
