Well, consider this. If YOU didn't load your team and YOU had to reload, while the battle was still going... and YOU still freeze upon reload, maybe it wasn't the other guy lagging.

If you want to talk about latency, try to play on HK. Half of the people i met in swb take 20-50 seconds to load in battle and around 20% of those who go in timeout just trigger the failed to join battle response. And let's not talk about those who are frozen in place and you are unable to fight them since they are "retreating".
