roshi still works good if you pair him with a 30 combo chase starter, like naruto kurama for example.

han, as they told you, is situational, but if you own good defenses and enough power then han roshi sailor sakura azure fang meta is still competitive, but you need giant katsuyu level 3 mystery (to remove the eventual ignition) and to go for full healing mode, not for the neurotoxin version, to hope to win the battles on round 10 in the worst case.

I can tell you that is still one of my matsuri teams and works pretty well against edo hiruzen meta if you actually are faster (no buffs for hiruzen + a chance to avoid the standard attack if he hits han + poison that removes wb asuma boosts since round 2 onwards) and also against angel konan/kurama naruto (since, if the difference in combo is not too wide, you actually deny with han evasion the chance that konan/naruto reduces mystery cd).

kushina habanero do not work as good as han against edo hiruzen teams for example, so even her is situational (since she literally get flat out nuked by hiruzen even if you own initiative if you are not able to remove buffs and shields), but obviously the issue is if is worth to use 200 (in my case were actually 240...) to get han in jinchuriki 2 treasure and is really hard to say if is worth it or no.
