NInja exam.

Drop lvl 4 magatama maybe is too high for early game.

Level 3 is nice and higher Rainbow drops would be great.

Main source is only Rescue Jinchuurikis (and max charm rebate)

  • i just thought for a chance to drop a level 3 or 4 is not that bad, something like 1 level 4 per month in average, nothing bigger than a magatama we get in the mission general mobilization packs, lucky * or lucky board boxes of course.

Or unless, higher level of exams, higher chance to obtain lvl 4.

I'd still prefer rainbow than Lvl 4 though.

Treasure Hunts -

I wouldn't remove chance of getting coins tbh. Convoy, survival and plots ain't making enough coins for me.

I spent so much on 8-gates, (also Treasure Tools, if I need to change items), trying to find Red Chakra is a pain and cost millions and to max just Gold, still cost a lot.
