The whole point of that team is too buff Kakazu and make him more blitzy. The concept of stacking p1 should be applied since kakazu will be most likely be in p1 when his skillbooks come. Either normal konan or angel konan can work for this team since the point is to buff and give him shields due to her passive. Just like clay lord said, it's anbu yamato's mystery makes sure kakazu does as much damage without being controlled via status.

It does but relatively to other updates, it comes much later. China did not label the updates as 5.0, only Germany has so far. It all depends if Oasis wants to fast forward the kakazu meta once the skillbreaks system rather than adding the "missing" skill books and the skill breaks that were added before kakazu in China.
