You can't. You can buy tokens for 10 ingots, and a win gives you 20 coupons. And a loss gives you back your token. It's not really worth the trouble. At a 2:1 only rebate, it's meh at best. A monthly card is the same thing, but you don't have to rely on betting and coming back over and over. Or the daily ingot wheel at least gives you decent odds for 3:1 and 5:1 rebates.
