Hi! Surveys are important because it is an additional way for us to better understand the community's feedback and what changes need to be made. Now, it does take some time for changes to be made, but they do happen. I understand your frustration that the changes don't happen right away next week, but do know we definitely take your feedback into consideration when pushing out new events and features. If by chance, you do feel that a potential change is needed but has not happen yet, please do not be afraid to send us the feedback/suggestion again. Having more players send us the same feedback can help us in the constant improvement of Naruto Online.
