So I just encountered someone on Arena who was able to use his Sage Naruto's and Kankuro GNW's Mysteries for 3 straight turns. Yes, he was teamed up with a Wind Main who has that skill cd reset buff but instead of being able to use Mysteries at Rounds 2 and 3, he was able to use the Mysteries of Sage Naruto and Kankuro GNW at Round 2, 3 and 4. Am I not updated and that's how it works now since I just came back from the game this month, or did I just encounter an in-game anomaly?

PS: I don't have a video or pics because I was just doing my usual routine in this game, do everything in that Daily Practice thing. And I ain't someone from Youtube, Twitch, or any streaming sites that always records themselves playing their games so don't ask me for a video/pic evidence.

EDIT2: The funny thing was during the 2nd time s/he used that Wind skill skill cd reset buff, I typed "wt*?!?!?" on the Battle chat and then s/he stopped using the Mysteries of Naruto and Kankuro.
