any mods/well informed player can clarify the cold bloded + 2 skills?

its written every time a unit defeated in the field, its ninjutsu and atack willl increase 25%..but somehow i failed to see the result,,paired with deidara edo tensei,, 4 clay should increase its nin and attack by 100% each round..
