This is why people need to know the time differences between servers. You can't expect good or bad things to us to come for our server just because you saw a video on Germany/China

Edo deidara used to have a unlimited % ninjutsu scaling and now it got put to 30% max and with edo kakuzu his passive where he has %atk and defense buff per 1 chakra above 50 chakra got nerfed but they are still amazing ninjas

The scaling limit should not only limit to edo deidara. How about hokage minato? Or other scaling ninjas?. Its just not make any sense.
