Thank you for the responses, this help me decide where I will pull!
The only other question I have is how many pulls on average does it take to get all of the Hashirama frags in GNW?

Around 2400-3000 i think it is. A person i know has gotten both his super rares and he's at about 65 fragments so its mostly around 3000 i would say.
