Can anyone make a thread with a list of The strongest F2P players (July 2018)?
I remember there was a similar thread about this but I couldn't find in the search bar. Anyways, if anyone does make one, try to outline what a f2p is and what they are capable of since many people have different definitions for it (ranging from never spending any real life money to becoming a f2p after they stopped paying into the game).

Well, players who will show the proof are F2P, I mean that screenshot with recharge window:

Youtuber Scion Storm has an opinion about that - If you at least got yourself any Medal, means that you are instantly a pay to win player, because medal does boost you a lot and gives some bonuses, which accelerates your play through quite a bit giving advantage in some ways such as getting fast stuff and so on. Makes sense, but I am unsure if just once in a lifetime counts as one too in such sense, would be ridiculous, but if you have done it some times already, then it does make sense to call you an pay to win in such case. Personally I haven't spent a dime, you could call me ultimate free to play in such sense, but I am not the best player out there who is free to play, and I have no idea if there are people who do not get medals, but to recharge to get stuff only premium/pay to win players can get.
I think personally that, if you have gotten stuff that over the years or months has given you advantage in a long run, or any advantage faster than the rest for some period, then that makes you a pay to win, but to "redeem" yourself from the infamous title of pay to win you need to have a break from the game, or somehow get to the level of the rest free to play players at least, thus becoming the ex-pay to win player rather than The pay to win player. I believe it can vary time to time, but it requires drastic changes.
So you mean completely f2p where they haven't spent a single cent or people like me that only spent for some gaara rewards. (although I managed to 4star him without recharge.) I still needed those breakthroughs for ninja exam and etc.
You do count as pay to win in that case, but you take a rest for a long time and you'll basically become in everyones eyes as ex-pay to win player, someone who was for that instance only, even buying medal counts as pay to win, it gives quite the advantage over others.

A pay to win player that stopped paying would end up being a paying player since it would indicate they have paid in the past. They benefited from the advantages of spending money. If you get to say you are f2p after enjoying the benefits of using money whether those benefits are present or not, it waters down what a f2p is.
I personally believe that a f2p player has never spent a penny on this game.
It doesn't matter on what they spent it on, if they've spent money, even for the cheapest recharge, they aren't f2p.
(And if they just spent for Gaara, they're not really p2w, either, they're just a....casual player, I suppose. p2w means Pay to Win, and spending a little for something like Gaara fragments may not really help them in winning.)
I'm only hoping I can call myself a big f2p player one day, Though, in this day and age, sitting at 94k-100k isn't that good, is it?
Actually, this matter is sensitive and will always create conflict as all people has their own definition of F2P .. And they will fight for what they believe is right and wrong ..
In my case, i am a full-time F2P .. never spent a cent on this game and never have a plan on the future (except if i saw major changes in this game that can convince me to spend) but an incident happened where my former Group Leader got his account locked because of some Recharge Problem which is not his fault (oasis didn't pay much attention to his report and the customer support gives answers that is far from the idea of what happened to his account) .. Few days after that he logs in back using his one of alt accounts and said that he will be back at the 7th day from the day his account got locked and he came back, he asked for my account and recharged little amount of ingots for me to Impeach his character and take over the Leadership of our Group ..
The only thing that changed in my account was, i became a Leader of the Group .. Nothing else, nothing more .. If recharging even for 1 time means removing your F2P status then i am a P2W, who never had anything to make my self victorious in battles, never had anything that boost my power insanely or just the literal meaning, never Win a battle because my account recharged of some ingots ..
About the image proof, that is not accurate to validate ones account from being a F2P or P2W .. And getting Gaara fragments from that, can automatically tag you as a P2W .. 4star Gaara is not a simple ninja that F2Ps can get in his/her early ages in the game (i 4starred my Gaara when i reached Lv90s) .. And obviously, if you have a 4star ninja, you will use it rather than making him just for transformation .. Thus, making you to have advantage on your battles, making you to win with ninja that you payed to get .. inshort it is P2W stuff ..
..
hopefully this will stop u and other from asking, as there is no real way to prove it as u can see from pic
