  • I remember there was a similar thread about this but I couldn't find in the search bar. Anyways, if anyone does make one, try to outline what a f2p is and what they are capable of since many people have different definitions for it (ranging from never spending any real life money to becoming a f2p after they stopped paying into the game).

Youtuber Scion Storm has an opinion about that - If you at least got yourself any Medal, means that you are instantly a pay to win player, because medal does boost you a lot and gives some bonuses, which accelerates your play through quite a bit giving advantage in some ways such as getting fast stuff and so on. Makes sense, but I am unsure if just once in a lifetime counts as one too in such sense, would be ridiculous, but if you have done it some times already, then it does make sense to call you an pay to win in such case. Personally I haven't spent a dime, you could call me ultimate free to play in such sense, but I am not the best player out there who is free to play, and I have no idea if there are people who do not get medals, but to recharge to get stuff only premium/pay to win players can get.

I think personally that, if you have gotten stuff that over the years or months has given you advantage in a long run, or any advantage faster than the rest for some period, then that makes you a pay to win, but to "redeem" yourself from the infamous title of pay to win you need to have a break from the game, or somehow get to the level of the rest free to play players at least, thus becoming the ex-pay to win player rather than The pay to win player. I believe it can vary time to time, but it requires drastic changes.

  • So you mean completely f2p where they haven't spent a single cent or people like me that only spent for some gaara rewards. (although I managed to 4star him without recharge.) I still needed those breakthroughs for ninja exam and etc.

You do count as pay to win in that case, but you take a rest for a long time and you'll basically become in everyones eyes as ex-pay to win player, someone who was for that instance only, even buying medal counts as pay to win, it gives quite the advantage over others.
