I do not want to be rude, but i would like to point something out. Baku has probably got the strongest water jutsu you'll ever get, while he is strong as a person, he isn't very good with combos. HIs longest one is 5.

Personally I like

But I think the better version of this setup can be done at 55? But I'm only 46, and it's working out DECENTLY well? Might not be my best setup either, but it at least can deal with stuff you run into around your level range?
