they do looks similar, does this mean the hidden Sand grunt we're seeing in the game is Matsuri's long lost sister?

I wouldn't be surprised if the generic sand girl is actually based off Matsuri.



They've already based generic enemies off characters like Raido Namiashi, Mizuki, Team Oboro/Shigure, those Grass genin, et cetera.
