There are many great events to obtain Kisame [Shark Mode], the events are normally cycled in. What works best is to find an event you like that also has the rebate you need. Making use of the rebates is a great and sometimes that will depend on what you want to do =p

Wishing Tree, I believe I've saw Kisame fusion mode as a redeemable in there once.

wait him in lucky board, i think best reabate event with ninjas.

I pieced together Kisame from Tree and Fateful choice and Great days (when it was good and had protection runes) for about 4-5 months if that helps anyone.

i got him as a random roll in lucky stars, but was redeemable in konoha great tree and in fateful choices.
