Okay, from what you've said that your server is currently at v.2.0, then i don't know what kind of features or whatever your server have but i'm going to give my opinion about this level freezing ..

First of all, i believe that level freezing is for those people who can support their ninjas, and what i mean by support is to spend even a little to support his/her needs .. Because Freezing means to avoid the events that can give you experience .. Avoiding to claim any froggies in your Daily Missions results to not having bonus items like the Myoboku Gifts, Summoning Scroll Fragments, Main Character Fragments and etc .. The Nine Tails Invasion, this event can give you massive amount of experience so you need to avoid this and by avoiding this, you will automatically lose Magatama and Coupons .. Rescue the Jinchuriki event also gives exp, Sweeping Plot/Elite Instances, Ninja Test, Ninja Exams, Wanted Missions and other events and missions .. You will be forced to pick and choose what event or mission you will only do ..

By that way, alot of items/bonus items will be not claimed and that means also less power and resources such as coupons and coins .. To be able to catch up with that loss, you must spend atleast a little to buy some items to get power ..

ol forgot to mention the server that im comming is at version 2.0 now as i know :P

when you reach level 70 try not to get any exp no matter what. be prepared to lose some power items because of .and be smart and do upgrade things during rebates only. most of all be patient there will be times in your serve where guys who dont freeze will beat the hell out of you. as long as you place top 3 on your sage brackets means you level freezing is actually working if not consider stopping level freezing cause pretty much the goal of level freezing is getting advanced runes on sage worlds

Nine Tails Invasion = The more Damage you do, the more exp/coins you get .. Even just 1 round, you can automatically get big chunk of exp ..

y i know about that but i get some coupons also... hard to decide how to freeze this lvl so i dont fall too much behind

If you wanna freeze level to max then you need to take the consequences of doing that, unless you're one of the guys that can spend atleast 100$ a month .. But you c*so freeze a little, by just choosing what events and missions you're gonna do and take part .. I never chose this path since i'm a full f2p and i only rely on events and missions to get power-up items and resources for my ninjas ..

yeah no dailies and 9tails(anything that gives exp), im lvl 79 and approaching 85k as a f2p with 8.6k 1st position ini now and i tell you this, i own my sage bracket now after patiently freezing for like 3 months because of the merge and those p2w increased their lvl to the 80's. there is like 2-3 guys who are stronget than me bp wise and they certainly aren't f2p.

definitely no wanted missions. as of ninetails it gives lots of exp..and my tip on ninja exam is try to finish up to exam 180 dont ever reset it until you finish 180 for scrolls of naraka then sweep it 20x just to get 20 scrolls of naraka (you will lose lots of magatamas this way but missions mobilizations and other events can compensate though you will still lose lots of magatama) also dont get the item from rescue the jinchuriki that gives exp only the one without experience. lastly sweep only for equipment upgrades (im talking about the jades) during weekends to minimize getting lots of exp from sweeping i did stop at level 78 so that i can get items from plot instance so that i can upgrade and use scroll of naraka... and after a while you will notice depending on your sage bracket if you have the leeway to gain some level or not cause sage brackets varies differently for example in my bracket it is 57- 79 and i am level 79 right now so i dont have the luxury of leveling up anymore as going level 80 will put me in the higher bracket.

im f2p too btw i chose to freeze cause even if i dont freeze there are still guys who will be stronger than me. but by freezing i got a chance to compete and be one of the strongest even if it feels like cheating. plus top guys cant even plunder me anymore and i befriended the whales on my sage bracket so that they wont target me during sage and just compete on who gets the highest streaks by attacking other guys.

I'm not rly an expert on this but I think you should claim the 100-point froggy, just to get the nice 3 mt Myoboku gift and especially the advance rune. the rest is your choice. I prefer to sweep ninja exams and do Jnchuriki for power stuff. It is a way of compromising in between; but, definitely don't do 9 tails

As a member of a group, you must claim the first froggy which gives 6 Group Chakra Packs, as time goes, chakras will be a problem for a group ..

oh *, THANKS A LOT. you just reminded me of sth important cuz my group's chakra is running super low. So yeah guys, claim first and final froggy packs to get power without leveling up too fast :P

Ok so just my two cents:

}Start freezing at 70 so you can get the free draws on gnw treasure

}DO @9tails but make a "special" team of just your main NO ANBU BUFF PLS + WORSE SKILLS+ NO EQUIPMENT, hit 1 time and leave. This gives around 35k exp from my experience (could be less for you), which goes against the lvl freeze idiea but it's GARANTEED 10 coupons + 1 lvl 2 maga 4x a week and is lots less than the 1st froggy gives in exp daily for more usefullness (talk to group lead if it's ok to not get the 1st froggy since you're freezing, big groups have some leeway)

}No ninja test, no wanted missions EVER; as stated do Jinch rescue but only claim the non exp pack; do cat quiz and hope you get lucky; only do plots on weekends for equipment materials and only ever refresh ninja exam when you can upgrade equipment.. until you jump from floor 80 to floor 100 for example do not refresh once all equipment is upgraded

}Save all things for rebates (cave keys from home tree; refines; charms)

}Make sure you can get as much free coupons as possible saved from freebies on events; daily log-in, etc.

}Best events to spend the saved up coupons are great plates and lucky board; If you need anbu clothes konoha outlet is the cheapest (only) place to get it

you can solve that problem by making alternate accounts just for that sole purpose..i have 2 alts to get those chakra packs because 90% on my group are level freezers also those alt can help you during konoha outlet cause they can generate up to 3k coupons a month so its a win win.

havent though about what you stated about that 9tails trick..i might try it sometime

2.0 doesn't have frogs guys, this became a thing in I believe 3.0 if not 4.0.

There is also no Myoboku Scrolls or Summon Cultivation.

The only thing that you can gain power off in 2.0 is Purifies, Magatama, Summon Runes, Battle Armor, Clothing, Mood and tactics, star level, cultivation runes, 8 gates, and awakening. I'm pretty sure that Charms were implemented in 3.0. If not very late 2.0.

We are in 4.0, but there is other regions of the game that are at different updates. So they are probably playing there and for some reason asked here.

For Nine-tails, you c*so just use a ninja that you never used/upgraded (like Konohamaru corps lol) and put them as pos1 so they deal near no damage.
