Should I even go for Shisui instead of Masked Man since I have 16 Shisui frags and 10 Masked man frags? What should i do? (Also if anyone knows roughly how much it would cost to get Masked Man,Shisui,Kushina and could tell me it would be appreciated. I know it varies on the event but a rough estimate would be great.) Thanks for the help everyone! I think it's safe to say that it would be best to actually save for shisui instead and maybe getting ninjas that compliment him like ANBU itachi. Then get kushina from either waiting and getting shards of her and piecing her together from other events or just buying her when i get the chance and then lastly maybe go for masked man.
