Peekabooo is correct =p It does not reset daily and as long as you meet the required amount of draws within the event period of Cave Key Exploration, you are able to obtain the guaranteed Golden Treasure Tool Essence. Just note that any Cave Keys [Time Limited] will expire at the end of the event.
