Obviously i already know that, i meant Edo Hiruzen on events that u can redeem his frags. via point system on events not recharge for god* sake.....

If you have played the game long enough, then you would know that not every ninjas are redeemable by points and coupons.
Thus you had your chance to max your Lucky Sn@tch for some frags to begin with.. Why didn't you?

hopefully somewhere along the line, Sailor Sakura comes back in the shop. I've missed her way too many times from events lol
She was in Konoha Shop for 3000 cps.
She is also usually in Treasure of Sage event.
Ninja pack you have to choose either sailor or playboy.

Edo Hiruzen is redeemable. When AGK should be the one un-redeemable but oasis keep sending it out for 3 weeks straight even with a redeem events while Edo Hiruzen not even that strong without certain power make him deadly compared to AGK, almost alot of f2p have her already in my server she hurts more than edo hiru...
And u get only 30! frags at lucky Sn@tch back then nothing more, they were f*kng over price for 500 spins worth 25k/600 when only he retail 12-16k(80 frags) for a f2p that's way to expensive to waste were not like most of guys who can spend real money to get what they want on day 1 release....
Trust me without certain power gap Edo Saru won't do much and you are still willing to pay that "16k". Thus Angel, with easy buffs build, more playable and versatile than Edo Haru. I would take Angel over Edo Saru.
She can actually 1 shot harder than Edo Saru in any type of fights, even with similar BP.
China players with Edo Saru impressed f2p way too much.
I'd love to say, please reconsider if you really want Edo Saru. His team build isn't that flexible like Angel when it comes to fight. But I guess you really want him.
To look at Oasis marketing strategies, they have done it right to release Angel more than Edo Saru. They can get more $$$ wtih Angel than Edo Saru 100%.
Let's do some math buffs - 1 shot theory.
Basic team full blitz buff for
Edo Hiruzen = 40% Any barrier = 40% Earth POD = 30% Iruka / Edo Sasori = 30%
Total = 140%
Angel = 20% (+ Chakra = 1% per 1 Chakra (80%)) Barrier = 40% Wind = 40% Playboy = 30%
Total = 130% + (+20-80%)
Flower = 90% + (+20-80%)
Flower Only = 20% + (+20-80%), defensive play.
VS Han = 20-80% < Edo Hiruzen can't do this.
