Wow, one of the best skillbooks come out, and you complain? xD Danzos breakthrough are amazing, and he is cheap to buy. Every week, something is wrong. Jesus, we finally got good BT's since Kurenai, be happy.
It would be good if we had not shisui available at the same price of the not skillbroken version of danzo (that is around 5 times better than the full skillbroken danzo) AND if danzo fragments were available in arena shop. That said i do not know you but i got my first copy of danzo after getting ay4th.

If you have played the game long enough, then you would know that not every ninjas are redeemable by points and coupons.
Thus you had your chance to max your Lucky Sn@tch for some frags to begin with.. Why didn't you?
Like for example? Except for gnw rares and itachi susano'o all of the other ninjas have been available via coupons or redemption.

Actually in capsules itachi Susano’o was redeemable via coupons. So no ninja is Ingot exclusive in our version.
Oh, yes, you are right, i forgot about that rigged event where even if you spent to increase the chance to 50% still the real chance was lower than 10% :D
That said he is actually purchasable at 5000 coupons per fragment too in average by buying seal scrolls.

You know his skillbooks are meh at best right? It's the skill experiments that are great, which isn't what we're getting, on top of adding skillbooks once in a blue moon, they choose the ones that can't be farmed to try and milk uninformed players
And even with the experiments he is not better in most of the cases than shisui.

Trust me without certain power gap Edo Saru won't do much and you are still willing to pay that "16k". Thus Angel, with easy buffs build, more playable and versatile than Edo Haru. I would take Angel over Edo Saru.
She can actually 1 shot harder than Edo Saru in any type of fights, even with similar BP.
China players with Edo Saru impressed f2p way too much.
I'd love to say, please reconsider if you really want Edo Saru. His team build isn't that flexible like Angel when it comes to fight. But I guess you really want him.
To look at Oasis marketing strategies, they have done it right to release Angel more than Edo Saru. They can get more $$$ wtih Angel than Edo Saru 100%.
Let's do some math buffs - 1 shot theory.
Basic team full blitz buff for
Edo Hiruzen = 40% Any barrier = 40% Earth POD = 30% Iruka / Edo Sasori = 30%
Total = 140%
Angel = 20% (+ Chakra = 1% per 1 Chakra (80%)) Barrier = 40% Wind = 40% Playboy = 30%
Total = 130% + (+20-80%)
Flower = 90% + (+20-80%)
Flower Only = 20% + (+20-80%), defensive play.
VS Han = 20-80% < Edo Hiruzen can't do this.
You are forgetting one slight difference. Edo hiruzen mystery if you own initiative is granted that is delivered to the target, angel konan no because has the same exact limitation as a move 1 shark bomb with experimental ninjutsu and also requires, like kurama naruto, that the knockdown effect procs. But yes, as global damage you are indeed right.
Btw, the max is not actually 80% but 100%. for her mystery and eventual combo chase the game registers the amount of chakra owned at the moment you cast the mystery, not what chakra is left after you spent the chakra for the mystery itself. The same way works ay 3rd
