Setup:
Baki:
Baki needs to attack first because his basic attack has no possibility of a chase. After he attacks, Shizune will heal. At his position, Baki will also use his mystery before Karin and Danzo at his position.

Hinata:
Hinata needs to be in the middle to tank any damage from Danzo.

Breeze Dancer:
You can probably move Breeze Dancer behind Baki to use Breeze Dancer's mystery before Karin, but I successfully completed easy all 6 times with this setup.

First Fight:
The only mystery you will use in the first fight is Sakura's. Just let your team basic attack, its ok if they don't kill any on the first round.

When there's only 1 or 2 left and you will definitely kill both next round, after they use their mysteries, use Sakura's mystery to heal your team before you take damage from the poison.

Second Fight: (Shizune)
Round 1:
Shizune will poison, then Baki will basic attack. Shizune will heal right after. After Shizune heals, use baki's mystery.

Round 2:
Shizune will poison and before she heals, use Breeze Dancer's Giant Rasengan. Shizune should die after this.

Third Fight: (Hanzo, Karin)
Round 1:
At the start of the fight, Karin will use her mystery. Target her and use Baki's mystery, Baki will go first and interrupt Karin.

Round 2:
Karin will use her mystery again, use Breeze Dancer's Giant Rasengan to kill Karin. It's ok if Karin's mystery goes off before yours. Use Sakura's mystery to heal your team and use Hinata's mystery to block Hanzo's attack.

Round 3:
Interrupt Danzo's mystery with Baki's mystery.

Round 4:
This round should just be full of basic attacks.

Round 5-10:
Repeat round 3 and 4 until Danzo is dead. Use any mysteries you can.
