Tried this with 18k power and Karen doesn't die after the giant rasengen. She always has 473 health. Unless I crit (which hasn't happened after 20 tries) I can't kill her.

Wow, i guess i was stuck on exam 80 mind set....Jugo/Karen didn't die, reset. So yeah, she totally dies to the repulse in the next round, my bad. :P
