1.Does China version have % tactic?

2. In Germany version, what happened to the old tactic system when % tactic was updated?

3. What do we use to upgrade tactic level? Is it the current tactic page or there is a new one?

4. Last and not really relevant, when do we celebrate our 2nd anniversary? I just started a few months ago so I don't know the exact date.
