you could spend 20 coupons and get him and you could spend 35,000 coupons and not get him

Just do NOT spend in lucky stars to get him, there are better ways to get him for certain.

Uhmm, I spent like 3700 coupons yesterday trying to get 17 frags of angel konan and I got him (I have him already though) So... Idk lol But there could be *gorithm. Last unlucky stars I spent 10k coupons and got nothing from rng just a ton of summon scrolls (and got 56 angel konan's frags)

Its base rng but im sure if i spend my 8kcp as active f2p im end up getting nothing. Honestly the only ninja i have ever had is regular itachi from luckybox and kabuto thats all.
