1＃ Go ToI wanted to talk about this issue since begins to be imho, quite serious and wanted to know your opinions too about this.
PVE side: general impact of missing breaktroughs of haku and yamato.
This may appear as a relatively secondary issue, but the fact both of them miss make azure fang teams wholly unable to be competitive against BD and SB teams in the world boss battle and considering how hard and counterproductive is to go for hashirama (that still would be a third choice after haku with breaktroughs and overall after yamato with breaktroughs) de facto means whoever runs azure fang and wants to be competitive there is COMPELLED to go sb or bd.
The missing breaktroughs of yamato has also the same impact on crimson fist lienups for world boss battle. Every cf too right now unless owns hashirama is compelled to change main to be competitive.
PVP side: the biggest impact here, imho, comes for the largest part of the player ba
se from the missing breaktroughs of a few ninjas. 1) Tsunade sannin war.
The fact her breaktroughs are not available makes literally impossible to whoever does not own hokage tsunade to run a true and decent triple healing team. Tsunade sannin era is not even close to be a good substitute and the fact she costs 10k coupons makes her unaffordable for the large part of the playerba
se because at that level of price there are way better options to go for (and if you let me hope her breaktroughs are close, not even with a gun at my head i would waste 10k coupons on a subpar substitute). 2) Itachi
The reason why masked man is still so used and why shark bomb neurotoxin teams are almost unexistant is simply his missing breaktroughs. Right now the only way to break a barrier with a prompt move is by owning kisame samehada, a ninja that costs a ton and that may be controlled with ease with no side effects, thing that is extremely risky with itachi, due to the high evasion and the full reflection.

@Jiburiru: you are right, but since the ninjas we get are the same as china is normal to make an eventual comparison considering the gameplay . Would make no sense to do a comparison if oasis modifies the ninjas skill sets too, but they are not doing it and they never did it in the past.
So, the fact we miss those 4 breaktroughs i talked about is generating a serious issue in the gameplay exactly because all the other ninjas have the same skillsets as china and some lineups that are supposed to exist in the current gameplay are currently unviable unless we own some very specific ninjas that the largest part of the population cannot hope to get or have no reason to take in account as options.
Jib Edit: Let's not make any false assumptions. There is a large gap between other versions and us and they are just not released yet.

%Tactics has nothing to do with strategic lineup simulation. It's just a feature to spend coupons on to increase power exactly like all the other ones and have the same impact on all the lineups.
Here the issue is that on par power we do not own some lineups that for the gameplay are supposed to be common and that are the reason of the development of some ninjas that were added after with that specific skill set.
