• Teamwork makes dreamwork.
  By doing it as a team, you don't need rare ninjas like Shurado. This task can be accomplished by using cheap free ninjas.
  
  Formation
  
  Each team needs 4 roles
  
  Initiator: the one who can ult and initiate a combo. usually your main. Should be either 2 round CD or can be used twice.
  
  Disturber: The one who can disturb poison ult. At least one of This ninja MUST stand at move 1.
  EX: Guy, Neji (Prefered), Shikamaru, Zabuza, Iruka, Shurado,
  
  Summoner: The one who can spawn summons.
  EX: Kabuto or Sai(strongly preferred).
  
  Combo-er: the one who can chase a lot
  EX: most pains, Sasuke, Kakashi, Kakuzu
  You don't really need a healer if all of you use Neji. Otherwise, you may take sakura
  
  base on these tips, build your own teams. Make sure you have decent combos.
  Recommendation:
  Summon: Gamachu for ALL
  
  Wind
  
  
  
  Lightning
  
  
  
  
  Fire
  
  
  
  
  Water
  
  
  
  
  Earth
  
  
  
  Each of them provides an 8-hit combo
  Always make sure your Neji stands at MOVE 1
  
  
  
  First Wave
  
  objective: take less damage
  
  A really effective way to take less damage is to disturb all of their poison ults. so if you have 3 Neji, this is super easy. or you can just take some damage here, not a big deal. Negotiate with your teammates so you won't overlap.
  
  Second Wave:
  
  Round 1:
  One of you should interrupt the poison.
  make sure none of your 1st move ninjas initiate the combo.
  After Shizune's healing, full DPS, but also make sure you have at least 1 ult to initiate combo next round.
  
  Round 2:
  Again, interrupt the poison, then full DPS.
  
  Always summon whenever you can.
  
  Third Wave:
  Exactly the same strategy as the second wave.
  Notice: you MUST interrupt Karin's ult at the second round, or she will be full HP.
  
  Fourth wave:
  Interrupt at the 2nd round.
  
  
  Fifth Wave:
  Auto to win
  
  Conclusion:
  
  Cooperation is the key. make sure you have interruption as the correct time. With enough interruption, you don't need to worry about poison at all.
